Viva Gym opening in Sunningdale

A new state-of-the-art gym will be opening on 1st June 2017 in Sunningdale. With branches currently in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Port Elizabeth, this will be the first Viva Gym to open in Cape Town.

This is a dry gym concept so no steam room, pool or sauna enabling the gym to provide state-of-the-art facilities at affordable rates. You can expect a wide range of classes, including kick boxing, yoga and pilates. Spacious cardio areas with treadmills, bikes, elliptical, step machines and a virtual spinning studio including a free weights area and a circuit area with machines that count your reps for you.

There are no contracts at Viva Gym, R180 joining fee and thereafter R179 on a month-to-month membership which you can cancel at any time, this fee is for Sunningdale only. Free parking and WiFi included.
