Seagull Steakhouse Restaurant
We just love this newly opened dog-friendly restaurant at Eden on Big Bay. Dogs have their own menu, and it’s so well priced! Take your dog out on a date and treat them to a gourmet doggie meal, you don’t get more dog-friendly than this.  5 Stars from us! 

Die Damhuis
The Damhuis Restaurant in Melkbosstrand is housed in one of the oldest buildings in the Western Cape. This is a traditional family and dog-friendly restaurant that boasts fabulous views. Plus you have a Blue Flag beach just across the road that your dog will love spending time on.

Castella Amare
This Portuguese owned restaurant is set right on the beach in Melkbosstrand. Although dogs not allowed inside the restaurant there is a large outside dining area where your pooch is most welcome.

Altydegedacht
Just up the road in Durbanville, this wine farm is child and dog-friendly, as long as they are well behaved, they are welcome.  Relax outside under the trees for lunch while the kids and dogs explore their surrounds. Water bowls provided.

Ons Huisie
This popular restaurant on the beachfront in Bloubergstrand has it’s own doggie-only drinking fountain. With the beach just a few steps from the outside dining area your pooch will feel right at home.

Lisa’s
Located at Stodels in Milnerton, this is a laid-back family restaurant with fabulous views of Table Mountain where your well-behaved furry friend is most welcome. Lovely outdoor play area for the kids too.

Blue Peter Hotel
Locals will agree your dog is always welcome at the Blue Peter. Whether you’re devouring one of the classic pizzas or enjoying a cold one while the sun sets, your dog will feel very at home at this venue. They will probably make a friend or two.

Reload Espresso Bar
Situated at Leadville Dog Park in Sunningdale, this venue has everything a dog desires. Full dog park, pet shop and restaurant on the premises. Enjoy a coffee and cake while your dog relaxes next to you on the conveniently provided dog beds.

It’s always a good idea to double check with any restaurant to confirm your dog is welcome beforehand. Remember to take a water bowl with you in the event the establishment may not have one. Take a friend along too, it will make looking after your dog so much easier, especially if you need to use the bathroom.
