Sundowners at !Khwattu
Start off the weekend with breathtaking views and sundownders at !Khwattu this Friday 6th October. Grab a few friends and head up the R27 just before Yzerfontein and unwind while you enjoy good food, wine and a unique atmosphere. Held the first Friday of every month throughout summer.

Coffee & Chocolate
Calling all chocolate and coffee lovers to head to Durbanville Racecourse this weekend, 6 – 8 October for a delectable affair. This indoor event has something for everyone including chocolate workshops, latte art finals, pairing theatre, cocoa mokka music lounge and lot’s more. R100 at the door or buy your tickets online. Beach Yoga

Blouberg Full Moon Beach Gathering
Hosted by Flowing Nomads and Lauren Mensikovas YOGA on Friday, 6th October at Kleinbaai, Bloubergstrand. Take the family and friends and join in for an informal, beautiful beach yoga session focusing on a calming, restorative sequence, followed by a meditation. More info.

Lucky Lucy Microchipping
If your pooch or kitty hasn’t yet been microchipped, here’s your chance. Pop into Leadville Dog Park Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th October from 9am to 1pm and take advantage of the reduced rate of R120 per microchip. More info.

“Art” at The Milnerton Playhouse
The hugely popular and long running comedy “Art” by Yasmina Reza will be the second production this year at the Milnerton Playhouse and opens on 6 running to 21 October. The comedy, set in Paris, raises questions about the meaning of art and the meaning of friendship, and concerns three long-time friends, Serge (James King), Marc (Martin Kluge) and Yvan (Werner Steffen). Sundowner Beach Cleanup and Walk
Join Cape Town Beach Cleanup on Saturday 7th October at 5pm at the Milnerton Lighthouse for a sundowner beach cleanup and beach walk. All litter will be analysed and what can be recycled will be sorted, washed with sea water and sent for recycling. Take along flour or oil or sugar, salt and yeast to be donated to Kingdom Kids.
