Eat Out this Christmas

The end of the year is just around the corner, deadlines at work have you feeling more like the Grinch than Jack Frost and with the kids running wild during the holidays, you’re starting to wonder if Santa’s elves are available for a babysitting gig.

And what about that big family Christmas lunch you’re going to have to prepare? Admit it, the last thing you feel like doing is sitting indoors on a hot summer’s day, stuffing a turkey and burning the pudding.

Why not eat out? There’s a great variety of places to enjoy this festive season and they’ll wash the dishes too. For a taste of Portugal, Petiscos Restaurant is offering, amongst other dishes, a flavourful xai-xai chicken, grilled and prepared in a tasty Mozambican beer sauce, accompanied by queen prawns. Or if traditional is what you’re after, Dale’s Black Angus has a delicious roast turkey with cranberry jelly or why not try the roast leg of lamb with mint jelly?

Enchanted Pizza & Pasta haven’t forgotten the vegetarians either this season, amongst other meals, they’ve got an appetizing vegan chickpea roast with stuffed butternut and vegetables. A Christmas lunch buffet is being served at the BELON Restaurant, Atlantic Beach Hotel which includes a tasty roast beef with Yorkshire pudding.

If you’d like to keep the party at home but don’t feel like doing all the cooking, then Wendy’s Kitchen is just what Santa would stuff in your stockings – a variety of menus to choose from include mouth-watering glazed Gammon with cranberry sauce and for the sweet tooth, summer treats like fresh fruit skewers and chocolate dipped strawberries.

So eat out this Christmas and treat the family to a festive variety of cuisine on offer in Table View.
