Big Air Competition at Kite Beach
Head to Kite Beach this weekend for plenty of big air kiteboarding action. See who jumps the highest out of 70 local and international competitors.
Some real stars will be competing including a few from the Red Bull King of Air as well as kiteboarders from France, Germany, Belgium, Russia and America to compete in the big air competition.
The action takes place on 13th or 14th of January, currently Sunday 14th looking the best. This event is judged strictly on the height of the jumps measured by using the WOO GPS devices, specifically designed for kiteboarding.
Sure to be exciting to watch as kiters compete for the R15 000 prize money up for grabs. Head down to Kite Beach this weekend and watch these dare devils take to the skies.
