International Coastal Cleanup Day
The Two Oceans Aquarium invites you to make a difference on the Ocean Conservancy’s annual International Coastal Cleanup Day. Lots of fun to be had and prizes to be won. Held at Woodbridge Island between 10am and 12pm on Saturday 16th. More info here.

100th Darling Wildflower Show
Held in Darling 14th – 17th September, the Darling Wildflower Society has been around for more than a century. It celebrates an integral part of the Cape Fynbos Kingdom. The Flower Show will offer a variety of activities to entertain young and old. More info here.

Holeshot Glory
Lots of action promised at Zone 7 on Saturday 16th September. Watch South Africa’s top Motocross athletes go head to head, as they gear up and battle it out, during a flat out sprint to the finish line. Very entertaining for spectators. More info here.

The Franschhoek Uncorked Festival
The Franschhoek Uncorked Festival takes place over the weekend of 16 and 17 September in Franschhoek. Sample new releases wines as well as a handful of gems as you travel from farm to farm throughout the weekend. Valid for the entire weekend, the Franschhoek Uncorked Pass costs R150 per person and pre-booking through www.webtickets.co.za is essential.

Sunday Afternoon Spring Walk
The Blaauwberg Nature Reserve is a treasure chest of flowering species at this time of the year, the CREW team are hosting Sunday afternoon walks on 17 Sep and 22 Oct on the Coastal Dune Trail, starting at Eerste Steen!
