Rondeberg Nursery

Head up the N7 towards Malmesbury, 10 kms after the Engen One-Stop on your left you will see the sign directing you to Rondeberg Nursery.

They offer a large variety of plants, waterwise, indigenous, trees, fruit trees and organics. You can spend a good while wandering around the well-stocked and extremely well-priced nursery. Owners Karen and Vince will be close by to assist you.

They also have a cute shop stocked with bags, jewellery, hats and a varied collection of other quaint trinkets and gifts, you probably won’t walk out empty-handed.

Rondeberg Nursery is somewhat of a hidden gem and not your average nursery. During the week you can pop in for tea and a muffin and on weekends the menu has more substantial dishes to munch on like their fabulous extra-sized Rondeburger. It’s a mouthful enough for two! The peppermint crisp ice-cream tart is also a great choice. The food is so well priced you’ll do a double take when you get the bill. No alcohol is served at the nursery although you can take your own, ice and glasses provided on request and no corkage.

There’s a paddock pitstop for horses too, something to remember for the equestrian in you.

Open daily from 8am. On weekdays Rondeberg Nursery closes at 6pm and on weekends they shut doors at 4pm.

Follow Rondeberg Nursery on Facebook or give them a call on 073 603 4020 or 082 446 7780.
