Cape Town Surf Pro
The Jordy Smith Cape Town Surf Pro hits Melkbos Beach from 22nd to 25th June and Volkswagen will be there as the official vehicle sponsor. The iconic California Beach camper van and a two-tone Kombi photo booth will be there, as well as exciting giveaways and a giant graffiti wall on which you can make your mark. So head down to Melkbos for the day and watch some surfing action this weekend.
Two Hills Walk
The Friends of the BCA invite you to join in on the 7 km Blaauwberg TWO Hills Walk on Saturday 24th June at 8am. The route is not open to the public so this is a special opportunity to see the Reserve fauna and flora, the site where the Battle of Blaauwberg took place, the Cape Flats Sand Plain Fynbos Restoration projects and other developments in the Blaauwberg Nature Reserve. Cake Tasting Party
