Still a touch of rain forecast for the weekend but as always lot’s to do in and around Table View. Here’s our pick of things to do from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th June.

The Wedding Expo
For those about to tie the knot you cannot afford to miss this beautiful expo. Held at the CTICC on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June. Grab your mom, the groom and bridesmaids and head to the bubbly bar. Friday Night Live Sessions with 4PLAY
Returning to Poplars is Cape Town’s tribute rock legends, 4PLAY on Friday 9th June 2017. Get your fill of the hits of the worlds greatest rock bands from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s – the Rolling Stones, Beatles, the Eagles, Status Quo, Jo Cocker and many, many more. You’re guaranteed a night of some serious toe-tapping and foot stomping. The Backyard Grill will be serving a menu of burgers and pizzas and there’ll be a full bar service throughout the show. Live Country Music
Head to Parklands to this Friday 9th June to the Old West Saloon and enjoy an evening of country music with Dylon Austin. Dress up country and you could win a hamper. Lots of drink specials to keep you warm. Click here for more information. Rugby on the screens on Saturday and karaoke thereafter.

SuperMoto Short Circuit Racing
Short Circuit is a fantastic for spectators as the entire track can be seen. Various bike categories, super fast karts (250cc) and Formula M, a single seater category. Great day out for the whole family this Saturday 10th June at Killarney Racetrack. Click here for more information.

Holistic Fayre
Grab a friend and pop into the community hall in Bothasig on Saturday 10th June for all things holistic. R5 entrance plus a chance to win a hamper valued at R6500. Listen to free informative talks, join in a free drumming lesson and watch a Poi Show.  Lots of gifts, books, clothes, food, incense, crystals, jewellery, therapists, healers and lots more. Opens at 10am and closes at 4pm.

Tauna Fire at Doodles
End off the weekend with some live music at Doodles Beachfront on Sunday 11th June from 6pm. Grab one of their famous Pizzas and rock your Sunday away with Tauna Fire and Izzy.
