Guided Botanical Walk
Join the Friends of Blaauwberg Conservation Area for a guided Botanical walk of the new Coastal Dune Hiking Trail. Meet at the Environmental Education Centre in the log cabin at Eerste Steen Resort at 9am on Saturday 3rd June for a 4.4km walk. Custodians of Rare and Endangered Wildflowers (C.R.E.W.) and Biodiversity staff will onhand to provide identification of plants. Power Series Round 5
Killarney is going to be buzzing with activity on Saturday 3rd June with something for the whole family. Pedal karts, bumper rides and lots of other entertainment for the kiddies. Child minders will take care of your kids while you enjoy the racing. With new grandstands and other circuit changes, Killarney has more laid back spectator vantage points than ever before. Head to Robertson for the weekend and join in the Wacky Wine Weekend. If you have never been and you love wine, this is definately an event you should attend. Microchip Your Pet
Lucky Lucy Mirco chip day will be held this Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June between 9am and 1pm at Leadville Dog Park in Sunningdale. A mere R100 and your pet will be traceable. With all the lost pets wondering around it’s a small investment to ensure your cat or dog is not missing for long. Why not grab a breakfast or a cup of coffee at Reload Espresso Bar while you are there. All proceeds go to Lucky Lucy Foundation.
