Chilled Vibes at Elkanah
An evening to come together as a community and enjoy good food, drinks and live music, presented by current pupils, past pupils, teachers and local bands. Held at Elkanah House on Friday, 16th March from 6pm. Take your own drinks if you like. More info.
Cape Town Carnival
Make your way to the Fan Walk this Saturday, 17th March for the annual Cape Town Carnival. Vibrant colours and an electric atmosphere await you. Read more about it here.
Community Cleanup
Do your bit on Saturday, 17th March and join in the Parklands Community Cleanup. Grab a pair of gloves and meet at the Parklands SAPS at 8 am. Help keep the community clean and safe. Everyone is welcome.
Off the Grid Music Festival
Held at Camphill Village on Saturday, 17th March from 3 pm is the Off the Grid Music Festival. The line-up features a diverse range of South Africa artists, all known for their dynamic live performances including Radio Kalahari Orkes, The Steezies and The Kiffness. More info.
St Patrick’s Day Party
The Royal Oak pub on the beachfront is hosting a St Patrick’s Day Party on Saturday, 17th March from 8pm. Loads of specials, promotions and giveaways. Prizes for the best dressed lad and lass and the funniest outfit. Inhouse DJ to keep you rocking the night away. More info.
Boogie Bar goes Irish
Celebrate St Patrick’s Day at the Boogie Bar on the beachfront this Saturday, 17th March. Karaoke from 8 pm till late, Irish drinks specials and prizes for best dressed. More info.
Deluxe Breakfast Buffet
Spoil yourself this Sunday, 18th March between 9 am and 12 pm for a morning breakfast feast at Dales Black Angus at The Paddocks. Priced at R135 per person and includes fruit juice, tea and coffee. More info.
Sunday Sushi
End off the weekend with half price sushi from the sushi belt at the Blowfish Restaurant on Sunday, 18th March between 5 and 8 pm. Probably wise to book or get there early as this is very popular.
