Market at the Barn

Let’s Murder Marsha at Milnerton Playhouse
Chase the winter blues away with this fast paced, hilarious comedy thriller by Monk Ferris. This is a terrific show for family audiences who like their comedy broad, fast and nonstop. Alice in Wonderland
Another not to miss local production presented by Parklands College. Prepare yourself to fall down the rabbit hole with Alice and meet the familiar, yet weird and wonderful inhabitants of Wonderland. Each character from the original story is presented in an authentic way with a slight twist that will delight both the young and young at heart. Friday 11th and Saturday 12th August at 6.30pm. Held on Saturday 12th August at the Bothasig Community Hall between 10am and 4pm. Here you will find all things holistic and spiritual. From incense, energy healing products, books, oils and delicious healthy foods to informative and educational talks. Click here for more information.

Karting at Killarney
Join in for some action packed racing on the Karting Circuit this Saturday 12th August at Killarney. A formula where most F1 drivers started their career. We bet you have never seen so many overtakes in one lap. Click here for more information.

Protect the Children Art Competition
Pop down to Pick n Pay on Saturday 12th August for the judging of this art competition hosted by local non-profit organisation, The Learning Vine. Judging will take place at an exhibition of the artworks in the Pick n Pay centre between 11am and 12pm.

Variety Concert for Knysna
Catch Barry Hilton, Sketchy Bongo, Alt Ego, Larry Soffer and Mathew Gold on Sunday 13th August at Hillcrest Quarry. All proceeds from this event go towards helping those who lost everything in the fires that have no insurance as well as animals affected by this tragedy. Gates open at 12pm and show starts at 1.30pm. Tickets R200. Click here for more information.
