Table Bay Mall well under construction

Due for completion in October 2017, Table Bay Mall in Berkshire Boulevard is well under construction. The new shopping mall with 90 000m² of shopping space is double the size of Bayside Mall and is set to attract a fair amount of the 160 000 shoppers in the area.

Located in the middle to upper income residential expansion corridor, the area is set to see strong residential growth over the next 20 years with an estimated 30 000 additional households. Table Bay Mall is expected to bring in a revenue of around R1.5 billion within it’s first year.

Expect your regular chain stores, banks and a variety of family restaurants and food outlets plus a host of new stores. Above ground parking of 1000 bays and 2000 bays undercover. Phase one of the project of 60 000m² will open its doors on 26th October 2017.
