Back to Basics offers pilates and exercise therapy in Table View to a variety of clients from all age groups and fitness levels. Pilates exercises are holistically modified to suit the individual to accommodate injuries, muscle imbalances and fitness or rehabilitation goals. Classes are small and instructed by physiotherapists or experts in movement rehabilitation to ensure that expert attention is given to each client. Pre or Post Preggy Pilates available. To prepare or recover after delivery.

Yoga has the ability to build strength, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body.
The benefits of yoga can be experienced on many levels. On the physical level, you will gain strength, flexibility, coordination, and notice an increase in stamina and endurance as your body heals and becomes more balanced. Emotionally, you will become calmer. We offer Hatha yoga classes and private instruction. Strengthen, stretch and release tension.
