Windhoek Oktoberfest 2017
Head to Hillcrest Quarry this weekend for all things beer. There will be a special “Festbier” available which is brewed specially for the Oktoberfest by Baumeister Christian Müller.  The Kirchdorfer band will be performing and loads of traditional specialties bringing the taste of the Munich Festival right to your doorstep. Francois Van Coke
Francois Van Coke, is the lead vocalist, songwriter and founding member of the South African alternative rock bands Fokofpolisiekar and Van Coke Kartel. He will be performing live at the Blue Peter Hotel on Friday 20th October from 7pm. R325 per ticket, includes 3 course meal. More info.

DART Adoption Day
A day of fun with friends and family and beautiful furkids available for adoption. Invite friends who are looking at adopting a loving companion. Held at Leadville Dog Park on Saturday 21st October between 12pm and 4pm.

Ride 4 Hope
The Sunflower Fund in association with the M.O.T.H. Motorcycle Association ( MMA ) will be hosting its 6th annual Mass Ride and Jol in support of The Sunflower Fund on Sunday 22nd October 2017 at the Killarney International Raceway. More info.

Free Assessment Drive
Blouberg Kip Mcgrath invites students for a free assessment! This takes place every Saturday, at the new centre in Table View. These assessments help make your child’s educational journey a lot smoother. More info.

“ART” at the Milnerton Playhouse
The hugely popular and long running comedy “Art” by Yasmina Reza will be the second production this year at the Milnerton Playhouse and runs until 21st October. The comedy, set in Paris, raises questions about the meaning of art and the meaning of friendship, and concerns three long-time friends. More info.

Milnerton Flea Market
Open on Saturday between 9am and 2pm and Sunday between 9am and 3pm you will find loads of bargains at this diverse market. The Milnerton Flea Market has recently lost two traders to cancer, and as a sign of respect the organisers are asking all traders and shoppers to wear something pink to the market this weekend to show support.
