Progress of Table Bay Mall

Set to open doors on 28th September 2017, construction of the Table Bay Mall is on track and it’s a massive centre. With 65 000 m² set out and designed to grow to over 90 000m² there is enough retail space to keep you shopping for hours.

Parking won’t be a problem, with over 2000 undercover bays and 1000 above ground parking spots allocated overall. The centre is forecast to bring in nearly R2 billion in it’s first year. Easy access from the West Coast R27 is expected to attract residents from the West Coast along with surrounding suburbs. A petrol station is on the cards too situated next to the mall but no movie houses on the cards.
