Weekend Warmup

It may be a bit cold out this weekend so we’ve put a few suggestions together to keep you warm.

DJ Jaco will be on the decks at Doodles tonight from 7pm, pop in for a Friday sundowner and warm up with some funky tunes to start off your weekend. Live band on Saturday night too and loads of heaters to keep you warm if the music isn’t hot enough.

Get the blood pumping with an exciting game of Beer Pong at The Beach Tavern at Woodbridge Island tonight. No set start time so just rock up.

Join in the Pokemon Lure or just enjoy a hot cup of coffee at Reload Espresso Bar at Flamingo Square from 1.30 pm tomorrow. Sure to keep Pokemon fans hot on their heels in their quest.

Grab a hot and spicy curry or bunny chow at Inside at Eden on the Bay while you’re entertained with live music from 6.30pm on Saturday and 3.30pm on Sunday.

Book a table at Petiscos on Saturday night and feast on some hot traditional Portuguese/Mozambican peri-peri prawns or chicken. Live Latino music with Ernesto.

End off your weekend listening to good old favourites with 2 man band, Silverland who will be performing at the warm and welcoming Enchanted Pizza in Parklands, until 8pm.

Or batten down the hatches, make your own curry, soup or stew, light the fires and stay warm and cozy at home.
