Riebeek Valley Olive Festival

It’s time for olives and wine. Get a group of friends together and head to the beautiful quaint town of Riebeek Kasteel over the weekend of 7th and 8th of May for the 16th annual Riebeek Valley Olive Festival. Olive lovers will no doubt be spoilt for choice with the varied selection of local olive oil products. Olive oil breads, jams, preserves, tapenades, and other olive oil delicacies await you, you’ll even find some locally produced olive oil beauty products.

Look forward to live music, a Martini bar, fresh produce and loads of other activities to ensure a memorable experience.

There’s ample accommodation in Riebeek Kasteel, so you can make a weekend out of it. Probably a good idea as the superb award-winning wines in the area will have you tasting more than one.

Your R125 Olive Passport is valid all weekend and gets you a complimentary tasting glass plus access to all particpating venues. Kids under 18 are free.
